Amendment relating to Fees. Section 2.05(a) is hereby amended by deleting "0.50% per annum" and inserting in lieu thereof "(i) 0.50% per annum, if the Unused Commitment is equal to or less than 50%, or (ii) 0.25% per annum, in the Unused Commitment is greater than 50%,".
