Amendment to Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement

Amendment to Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement. The first paragraph following Section 8.01(o) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "Section 8.01 (a), (b) or (i)" contained therein and replacing it with "Section 8.01 (a), (b) or (h)".

Amendment to Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement. Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add a new subsection (o) to read in full as follows: (o) Account Control Agreements. Prior to the opening thereof, written notice (such notice to include reasonably detailed information regarding the account number, purpose and location of such Account) to the Administrative Agent of any Account opened by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; provided that the Borrower or such Subsidiary shall at all times comply with Section 8.17.
