Amendment to Subsection (l) of Section 10.3

Amendment to Subsection (l) of Section 10.3. Section 10.3(l) of the Existing Note Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: "(l) Disposition Notes issued in connection with Dispositions permitted under Section 10.5; provided that, the aggregate principal amount outstanding under such Disposition Notes shall not exceed $5,000,000 at any time;"
