Amendment to the Definition of 'Permitted Distributions'. The definition of 'Permitted Distribution' set forth in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by (a) replacing the word 'and' at the end of clause (f) thereof with the punctuation mark ','; (b) deleting the punctuation mark '.' at the end of clause (g) thereof and replacing it with 'and' and (c) adding a new clause (h) thereof to provide in its entirety as follows
