Amendment to Warrants. In accordance with Section 5(j) of the Warrants, the Company and each Investor, on behalf of all Holders, hereby agree that Section 3(c) of each Warrant shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: "(c) Fundamental Transaction..."
