Amortization Date

Amortization Date. June 1, 2016; provided, however, (a) if the First Interest Only Extension Condition is satisfied on or before June 1, 2016, but Borrower has not satisfied the Second Interest Only Extension Condition as of such date, then the Amortization Date shall mean September 1, 2016, and (b) if Borrower has satisfied both the First Interest Only Extension Condition and the Second Interest Only Extension Condition on or before June 1, 2016, then the Amortization Date shall mean March 1, 2017

Amortization Date. November 1, 2015; provided however, if the Interest Only Extension Event occurs prior to October 31, 2015, such date shall be extended until May 1, 2016.

Amortization Date. The earliest of January 6, 2017, or such later date to which the Amortization Date may be extended in writing by the SPV, the Facility Agent and each Lender (in its sole discretion)

Amortization Date. October 1, 2016, provided however, if the Interest Only Extension Conditions are satisfied, then April 1, 2017

Amortization Date. Means July 1, 2016; provided, however, that if Borrower satisfies the Interest Only Extension Condition during the time period from July 2, 2016 through October 14, 2016, inclusive, then the Amortization Date shall initially mean July 1, 2016 but immediately upon achievement of the Interest Only Extension Condition, the Amortization Date shall be revised to mean March 1, 2017.
