Amounts Payable Under Any Cash Bonus Plans. The annual amounts payable to Executive under any cash-based incentive or bonus plans or arrangements in which Executive participates, determined as if targeted performance goals under such plans or arrangements were attained at a 100% level, with respect to the fiscal year in which either Executive's Employment Termination occurs or the Change in Control occurs, whichever produces a higher amount.
