AMS Patent(s)

AMS Patent(s). Shall mean (i) the United States and foreign patent applications and patents owned by AMS as of the Effective Date set forth in Exhibit B hereto, and any continuations, continuations in part, divisions, extensions, reissues, reexaminations, applications or substitutions with respect thereto and all foreign equivalents; and (ii) any and all other patents or patent applications owned by AMS as of the Effective Date with claims covering any aspect of the AMS System.
