Ancillary Agreements. The Bill of Sale and Assumption and Assignment Agreements

Ancillary Agreements. Collectively, the License Agreement, the Supply Agreement, the Quality Agreement, the Pharmacovigilance Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement.

Ancillary Agreements. Means the Confidentiality and Recusal Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and any additional agreements deemed necessary by the Parties to effect the transactions contemplated hereby.

Ancillary Agreements. Shall mean the Bill of Sale and the General Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

Ancillary Agreements. Means the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, the Bill of Sale, the Key Person Agreements and the -50- Officer Agreements.

Ancillary Agreements. Means the Assignment and Assumption Agreements, the Pack Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

Ancillary Agreements. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Reorganization Agreement.

Ancillary Agreements. Has the meaning set forth in the Master Separation Agreement.

Ancillary Agreements. Means the Amended and Restated Bill of Sale and Assignment (the "Bill of Sale"), the Amended and Restated License Agreement (the "License Agreement"), the Supply Agreement and the Amended and Restated Research and Development Services Agreement (the "Research and Development Agreement"), all of which have been made effective as of October 1, 1999.

Ancillary Agreements. Shall mean this Note, the Security Agreement, the Guaranties, the Guarantor Pledge Agreements and/or any and all other documents, instruments and agreements entered into in connection herewith or therewith.
