Annual Bonus Target. The greater of (i) a Participant's Annual Bonus with respect to performance for the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs, calculated assuming performance was achieved at target levels, and (ii) a Participant's Annual Bonus with respect to performance for the year preceding the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs, calculated assuming performance was achieved at target levels
