Annual Bonus. The Participant's cash performance-based compensation for a particular Plan Year
Annual Bonus. The annual cash bonus or variable cash compensation that a Participant is eligible to earn, if any, pursuant to the annual cash bonus or annual variable cash compensation plan established by the Board (or the compensation committee thereof) as in effect from time to time
Annual Bonus. The opportunity to receive payment of a cash annual incentive pursuant to the SemManagement L.L.C. Short Term Incentive Program payable for the achievement of performance goals established by the Board or the Compensation Committee , as set forth in Section 6.2
