Annual Budget

Example Definitions of "Annual Budget"
Annual Budget. Means the amount of money that Pfizer commits to fund the Annual Project Plan for any individual Commitment Year as provided in the Annual Project Plan.
Annual Budget. Means the operating budget for the Company and its subsidiaries (consolidated if appropriate) for a particular Accounting Period which shall first be approved by the Executive Committee or the SITEL Executive Committee in respect of such Accounting Period.
Annual Budget. Means the Company's budget for the applicable fiscal year as approved by the Board in accordance with Section 4.6 of this Agreement from time to time. The initial Annual Budget for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2006, is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
