Annual Commitment Amount
Annual Commitment Amount. Further, for each calendar year of the Term (including each calendar year of any Extension Period) beginning January 1, 2011, Nielsen will purchase Services from TCS in an amount not less than the annual commitment amount provided in Section 1(a) of Schedule C (the "Annual Commitment Amount" or "ACA").
