Annual Enrollment Period

Annual Enrollment Period. Means the period designated by the Administrator in its sole discretion during which deferral elections can be made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in all cases, the Annual Enrollment Period will end no later than December 31 of the year immediately preceding the calendar year for which such enrollment is effective.
