Annual Fee. The annual fee payable, in cash or under this Plan, to an Eligible Director for service on the Board

Annual Fee. Means the yearly fee charged by Activeworlds to a person to register as a Citizen of Active Worlds. Such Annual Fee is presently nineteen dollars and ninety-five cents (US $19.95) per year, but maybe increased or decreased by Activeworlds, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this Agreement.
