Example Definitions of "Annual Growth and Income Rate"
Annual Growth and Income Rate. For purposes of this Award, the "Annual Growth and Income Rate" for each Fiscal Year within the Performance Period shall be equal to the sum of the (i) Annual Production Per Share Growth Rate for that Fiscal Year and (ii) the Annual Adjusted Cash Flow Per Share Rate.
