With respect to a Participant for a fiscal year shall be equal to the dollar amount calculated by multiplying such Participant's Base Salary with respect to such fiscal year by: (1) zero percent (0%), if the Pre-tax Income with respect to such fiscal year is less than the Entry Level Pre-tax Income with respect to such fiscal year, or (2) such Participant's Entry Incentive Percentage for such fiscal year if the Pre-tax Income with respect to such fiscal year is at least equal to the Entry Level...
