ANNUAL NET INCOME PER DILUTED SHARE. Means, with respect to the fiscal year of the Company in respect of which a determination thereof is being or to be made, the Adjusted Net Income for such year divided by the applicable weighted average number of diluted shares of Common Stock outstanding during such year.
