Annual Net Operating Income

Annual Net Operating Income. With respect to any Fiscal Year, the after tax net income, as reported in the Company's published financial statements, excluding realized gains and losses net of taxes associated with such gains or losses. The Committee may, in its sole discretion, include or exclude in its determination of Annual Net Income any extraordinary items, including, not by way of limitation, income or expenses due to or related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and accounting changes.
