Example Definitions of "Annual Period"
Annual Period. Means, for the first such period, the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the twelve month anniversary of this Agreement and, thereafter, each successive twelve month period occurring during the term of the Capacity Commitment Agreement.
