Annual Period

Example Definitions of "Annual Period"
Annual Period. Means the time period of each year beginning on the first day of the Employment Term and ending on the day before the anniversary of that date.
Annual Period. The twelve (12) month period beginning on the Launch Date and each twelve (12) month period beginning on the anniversary of such day thereafter
Annual Period. Means any 365-day period beginning on the Effective Date or any anniversary of the Effective Date
Annual Period.
