Annual Plan

Annual Plan. Shall mean an annual operating plan which shall include, but not be limited to, an annual operating budget, an annual capital expense budget, an annual marketing plan and budget, and a general description of the operating strategy for the KK for the next fiscal year.

Annual Plan. A business operations plan detailing the Company's goals and procedures for technical, financial, and administrative activities for the Company's next succeeding fiscal year, as approved each year and revised from time to time by the Board.
