Annual Production Per Share Growth Rate. For purposes of this Award, the "Annual Production Per Share Growth Rate" for each Fiscal Year in the Performance Period, shall be equal to the quotient (rounded to three decimal places and then expressed as a percentage) of (i) Annual Production Per Share for that Fiscal Year minus Annual Production Per Share for the immediately preceding Fiscal Year ("Prior Fiscal Year"), divided by (ii) Annual Production Per Share for the Prior Fiscal Year.
