Annual Purchase Amount

Annual Purchase Amount. Shall mean the volumes of Qualifying Timber as set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Annual Purchase Amount. Shall mean (a) for each Harvesting Year from January 1, 2006 through the Harvesting Year beginning January 1, 2010, a minimum of Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand (294,000) tons of Qualifying Timber; (b) for each Harvesting Year from January 1, 2011 through the Harvesting Year beginning January 1, 2016, a minimum of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand (235,000) tons of Qualifying Timber; and (c) to the extent Buyer exercises its option to extend the Term pursuant to Section 9.2... below, for each Harvesting Year from January 1, 2017 through the Harvesting Year beginning January 1, 2019, a minimum of Two Hundred Five Thousand (205,000) tons of Qualifying Timber.
