Annual Reserves Growth per Share. For each Calendar Year in the Performance Period, the result of the calculation set out in Section 4(b) expressed as a percentage which reflects the increase or decrease in the Proved Reserves per Share for such Calendar Year as compared to the prior Calendar Year's Year-End Proved Reserves.
