Annual Retainer

Annual Retainer. The annual fee earned by the Participant for his or her service on the Board, which shall not include committee chair fees and meeting fees

Annual Retainer. The retainer fee, established by the Board, paid to a Director for service as a Director on the Board for a Director Year.

Annual Retainer. The annual cash retainer fee payable by the Corporation to a Non-Employee Director for services as a director of the Corporation, as such amount may be changed from time to time.

Annual Retainer. The annual base retainer paid to a Director for service on the Board and/or a Board committee, consisting of the Annual Cash Retainer and the Annual Stock Retainer

Annual Retainer. The amount to which a Non-Employee Director will be entitled to receive for serving as a director in a relevant Plan Year, but shall not include reimbursement for expenses, fees associated with service on any committee of the Board or fees with respect to any other services to be provided to the Company.

Annual Retainer. The annual retainer for Non-Employee Directors, as set from time to time by the Board

Annual Retainer. Means the retainer fee established by the Board and paid to a director for services on the Board for a year in accordance with Section 1 of Part II of this Policy.

Annual Retainer. The annual fee payable by the Company to a Non-Employee Director with respect to his or her service as a member of the Board as in effect from time to time and as indicated in the attached Appendix I.
