Annual Salary. Annual Salary. Executive's base salary for any given Company fiscal year as approved by the Company's Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, which is payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll schedule. Any increased or decreased Annual Salary shall thereupon be the "Annual Salary" for the purposes of this Agreement.
