ANNUAL SALES TARGET
ANNUAL SALES TARGET. Means the annual minimum sales target set forth in Exhibit B (Program Requirements, Benefits and Terms), comprising total license revenue, net of discounts, paid to VERITAS for Solutions Provider's purchases of Qualified Product under this Agreement.
