Annual Shareholders Equity. With respect to any Fiscal Year, the average of the Company's shareholders' equity, as reported in the Company's published financial statements as of January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1 and December 31 of each Fiscal Year, excluding unrealized gains or losses.
