Annual Target Bonus. The target annual incentive bonus that Employee is eligible to earn with respect to the calendar year in which his employment terminates, as determined by the Board in its discretion, provided that, if no Annual Target Bonus is in effect for such year then the Annual Target Bonus amount (for purposes of this Agreement only) shall be equal to sixty percent (60%) of Employee's Base Salary.
