Annual Target Bonus
Annual Target Bonus. The annual bonus that a Participant is expected to earn under the Company's or any Affiliate's annual cash incentive program assuming achievement of target-level performance on all metrics.
Annual Target Bonus. The target annual incentive bonus that Employee is eligible to earn with respect to the calendar year in which his employment terminates, as determined by the Board in its discretion, provided that, if no Annual Target Bonus is in effect for such year then the Annual Target Bonus amount (for purposes of this Agreement only) shall be equal to sixty percent (60%) of Employee's Base Salary.

Annual Target Bonus. For an Eligible Employee, a percentage of such Eligible Employee's Eligible Earnings, and shall be dependent on a number of factors which may include but are not limited to an employee's position title, job responsibilities, and reporting level within the Company.
Annual Target Bonus. Reductions in the Annual Target Bonus effected upon or following a Change in Control shall be disregarded for purposes of calculating amounts payable hereunder.
