Example Definitions of "Annual Total Shareholder Return Rank"
Annual Total Shareholder Return Rank. Shall mean for each fiscal year, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the number of companies in the Peer Group in respect of which the Company's Total Shareholder Return for the fiscal year equals or exceeds each such Peer Group company's Total Shareholder Return for the fiscal year, divided by (ii) the total number of companies in the Peer Group.
