Means, collectively, (i) Anthurium Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office located at 470 Atlantic Ave., Fourth Floor, Boston, Massachusetts, (ii) the Anthurium Affiliates and Related Parties, and (iii) the respective assignees and successors-in-interest of each of the foregoing.
