Anticipated Commencement Date

Anticipated Commencement Date. Approximately April 1, 2008, or upon substantial completion of Tenant Improvements. Within ten (10) days after the substantial completion of the tenant improvements, Landlord and Tenant shall execute an amendment to this Lease ("Declaration of Lease Commencement") setting forth the Commencement Date and the expiration date of the term of the Lease, which shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit II.
