Ants Software. Means the proprietary Ants software described in Exhibit A (Software), in object code and source code form (in all versions, languages and platforms), that is licensed to Sybase under the terms of this Agreement; however such term does not include any customer specific code that is identified in Exhibit A (Software) as "Excluded Software".
