AOL Agreements

AOL Agreements. Means the Interactive Marketing Agreement between America Online, Inc. ("AOL") and ATC dated April 13, 1999, as amended from time to time (the "ATC AOL Agreement") and the Amended and Restated Interactive Marketing Agreement between AOL and eBay dated March 24, 1999, as amended from time to time (the "eBay AOL Agreement").
