Apollo Investment Agreement

Apollo Investment Agreement. Shall mean that certain Investment agreement dated as of February 14, 1997 by and among Apollo Investment Fund III, L.P., Apollo Overseas Partners III, L.P., Apollo (UK) Partners III, L.P. (collectively "Apollo"), Quality Dining, Inc. and certain then- Affiliates of QDI.
