Applicable Area. The United States of America.
Applicable Area. Within any state in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries engaged in Business during the twelve (12) month period prior to the time of Employee's termination of employment. For purposes of this definition the Company shall be deemed to be engaged in the Business in any state where a Customer is located and in any state where employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries perform services.
Applicable Area. Means the geographic area encompassing Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Wyoming.
