Applicable Companies. Employer, Liberty Interactive, Liberty Broadband, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, and any other Person (other than Starz) to which Executive is then providing services at the direction of Employer as contemplated by Section 3.1(b), as well as their respective Subsidiaries.
