Example Definitions of "Applicable Conversion Price"
Applicable Conversion Price. At any given time means the price equal to $1,000 divided by the Applicable Conversion Rate in effect at such time.
Applicable Conversion Price. Means, as of any date of determination, $1,000 divided by the Conversion Rate in effect as of such date of determination
Applicable Conversion Price. With respect to any shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Notes, the Conversion Price on such conversion, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, stock combinations or the like after such date.
Applicable Conversion Price.
