Applicable Division

Applicable Division. Each of FMC's Chemical Products Group (including, without limitation, the Lithium Division), Pharmaceutical Division, Food Ingredients Division, Hydrogen Peroxide Division and FMC Biopolymers Division or any successor division which sells the goods sold on the date hereof by any such division or on the date hereof provides the services provided by such division.
