Applicable Document. Any contract, agreement, lease, instrument, articles or certificates of organization or incorporation, charter, organizational document, code of regulations, by-law, or other writing to which FHLBank, Borrower, or any Pledging Affiliate is a party that imposes obligations on any of them or regulates the conduct of the affairs of any of them.
