Applicable Improvement Allowance. (i) Six Dollars ($6.00) per square foot of the Rentable Area of the Existing Premises, (ii) Thirty Six Dollars ($36.00) per square foot of the Rentable Area of the First Expansion Space, (iii) Thirty Four Dollars ($34.00) per square foot of the Rentable Area of the Second Expansion Space, (iv) Thirty One Dollars ($31.00) per square foot of the Rentable Area of the Third Expansion Space, and (v) Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per square foot of the Rentable Area of the Fourth Expansion Space.
