Example Definitions of "Applicable Interest Rate"
Applicable Interest Rate. For any Year, the annual rate of interest payable on 10-year Treasury securities as of the first day of such Year.
Applicable Interest Rate. (a) prior to the Reset Date, six percent (6.0%) per annum, and (b) commencing as of the Reset Date, fourteen percent (14.0%) per annum retroactively applied to the Original Issue Date.
