Example Definitions of "Applicable Law"
Applicable Law. Shall mean all applicable provisions of all (a) constitutions, treaties, statutes, laws (including common law), rules, regulations, ordinances or codes of any Governmental Authority, and (b) orders, decisions, injunctions, judgments, awards and decrees of any Governmental Authority.
Applicable Law. Means any applicable law, statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, order or other pronouncement, action or requirement of any Governmental Authority.
Applicable Law. Any of the following applicable to Borrower or any Pledging Affiliate: law, statute, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, code, decree, judgment, ordinance, guide, manual, order or other obligation other than an Applicable Document, pursuant to which a government or any agency, subdivision, official, or court or tribunal thereof that regulates FHLBank, Borrower, or any Pledging Affiliate or the activities of any of them.
Applicable Law. All federal, state, local, national and supra-national laws, statutes, rules and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidelines or requirements of applicable Regulatory Authorities, national securities exchanges or securities exchanges or securities listing organizations that may be in effect from time to time during the term of this Agreement and applicable to a particular activity hereunder.
Applicable Law. Shall mean all applicable Federal, state, local and foreign laws (including, without limitation, any Environmental Law, industrial hygiene and occupational safety or similar laws), ordinances, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs and orders of any Governmental Authority and rules, regulations, orders, licenses and permits of any Governmental Authority.
Applicable Law. Means, with respect to any Person, any law (including common law), statutes, regulations, written regulatory guidance, directives, constitution, treaty, convention, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or ruling enacted, adopted, promulgated or applied by a governmental authority that is binding upon and applicable at the relevant time to such Person.
Applicable Law. Means, with respect to any Person, any Law applicable to such Person, any of its Affiliates, or any of its or their properties, assets, capital stock, equity, business, operations, officers, directors, members, managers or employees.
Applicable Law. Means, as applied to any Person, any statute, law, ordinance, regulation, rule, code, order, constitution, treaty, judgment, decree, or other legally enforceable requirement or rule of law of any Governmental Authority that is, in any case, binding upon or applicable to such Person.
