Applicable Law

Applicable Law. Applicable Law. Means, in respect of any Person, property, transaction, event or course of conduct, all applicable laws, statutes, rules, by-laws and regulations, regulatory policies and all applicable official directives, orders, judgments and decrees from Governmental Authorities;

Applicable Law. Means with respect to any Person, any supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, local or other law, constitution, treaty, convention, statute, ordinance, code, rule, regulation or common law or other similar requirement enacted, adopted, promulgated or applied by any Governmental Authority, in each such case that is binding on or applicable to such Person, or its subsidiaries or its or their respective properties, assets or businesses.

Applicable Law. With respect to a Person, collectively all laws, regulations, ordinances, decrees, judicial and administrative orders (and any license, franchise, permit or similar right granted under any of the foregoing) and any policies and other requirements of any applicable Governmental Authority that govern or otherwise apply to such Person's activities in connection with this Warrant.
