Applicable Laws and Regulations. Any and all international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the regulations and guidelines of the FDA, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and, as applicable, accepted standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines that may be applicable to a Study or the Services.

Applicable Laws and Regulations.
