Example Definitions of "Applicable Margin"
Applicable Margin. Means, with respect to the JP Morgan Chase Bank Rate or LIBOR, as applicable, the amount set forth below corresponding to the applicable level.

(i) with respect to the Daily Adjusting Term SOFR Rate, Two and One Half percent (2.50%) per annum, and (ii) with respect to the Prime Referenced Rate, the greater of (x) the Applicable Margin for the Daily Adjusting Term SOFR Rate minus one percent (1%) per annum, or (y) zero percent (0%) per annum.
