Applicable Patent Rights
Applicable Patent Rights. Means the claims in Innerwall's U.S. patents now issued or issued during the term of this Agreement relating to Enclave, including without limitation, U.S. Pat. No. 6,889,168, and U.S. Patent Applications Ser. No.'s 10/758,852, 10/687,320 and 11/100,714.
