Example Definitions of "Applicable Performance Bonus"
Applicable Performance Bonus. The greater of (i) the Eligible Individual's average Performance Bonus amounts for the two calendar years preceding the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs or (ii) the Eligible Individual's target Performance Bonus for the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs, calculated based on such Eligible Individual's Base Salary.
Applicable Performance Bonus. The greater of (i) the Eligible Individual's average Performance Bonus amounts for the two calendar years preceding the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs or (ii) the Eligible Individual's target Performance Bonus for the calendar year in which including the Date of Termination occurs, Termination, calculated based on such Eligible Individual's Base Salary.
