Applicable Stock. (i) the Company's presently authorized stock specified in the introductory paragraph of this Warrant, and (ii) upon any conversion, exchange, reclassification or change, any security into which the securities described in clauses (i) or (ii) of this definition may be converted, exchanged, reclassified or otherwise changed.
