Applicable Target Bonus

Applicable Target Bonus. Means the Target Annual Bonus for the Company's fiscal year which includes the Date of Termination, provided, however, if there is no such Target Annual Bonus established by the Date of Termination, the Applicable Target Bonus will be the Target Annual Bonus established for the Executive for the fiscal year immediately prior to the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.
