Applicable Territory. Shall mean, with respect to Brightstar, the territory described in the Brightstar Distribution Agreement, with respect to Brightstar US, the territory described in the Brightstar US Distribution Agreement and, with respect to Brightstar Mexico, the territory described in the Brightstar Mexico Distribution Agreement.
